Older Adult Home Modification Program
The Older Adult Home Modification Program (OAHMP) assists income-eligible Fairfield County residents age 62 or older with home repair and modifications that will improve their safety and provide increased accessibility. Repairs and modifications allow residents to age in place. OAHMP is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. LFCAA works in partnership with The Senior Hub - Meals on Wheels of Fairfield County to increase outreach and identification of seniors eligible for OAHMP.
